Satisfactory
Not the best lounge out there but the service is top notch. Food at the buffet is a little sad. I think there is something about the staff here that makes it my go to lounges in the ATL airport.

Outstanding
Very busy, yet adequate seating. I was here at 5pm and the buffet had several different hot items that were constantly being refilled.

Satisfactory
Customer service at this lounge is great, the WiFi at this lounge is next to unusable. I could barely log into webpages from my PC so executing schoolwork or business work was a challenge.
