Sadly, the lounge is only separated by half glass walls from the outside, so it's quite loud. Also, the massage offer is only for Thai pax. Swiss or LH pax cannot benefit from the offer.

Fantastic, exclusive lounge with a la carte dining, semi-private Suites, showers, and free massages. Incredible service. One of the best lounges in the world. Don’t forget to try the Pad Thai!

Thai's ground experience is on point. I was very impressed that an agent was waiting for me on my inbound flight on another airline. Food is great, and of course the massage is a unique feature.

This is a first class lounge. You can order many kinds of real food here, especially Thai food in this lounge is very good. Don't forget to have a free massage.
