Spacious lounge, nice view on the terminal. Good choice of drinks - including a “cocktail of the month” to be self-made. Food is however average with only 2 warm dishes and a soup.

The best in Hong Kong, expansive, great amenities and lots of room. Above Centurion for these reasons.

If you are an Air Canada passenger, they will direct you to SilverKris. Choose United instead. Open, bright, spacious. Lots of varied seating. Great views of tarmac, gates. Great food.

Right next to Centurion Lounge so easy to compare. Pleasantly surprised to see United is much more spacious and airy. Food and drink quality is lower than Centurion.

A nice, spacious, relaxing lounge with a wonderful view. If you had your fill of Chinese food, this lounge has a nice mixture of west meet east food.  Enjoy!

Best United lounge I've ever been to, and also best Star Alliance lounge at HKG. Yes, I was really surprised too. Not at all crowded when I went there (~8am) but probably no UA flights departing then.

Better food than United lounges in the states and the self serve bars are always a plus. It’s nice for a United lounge but not noteworthy.

Nearest the UA gates hence very convenient, with a nice view of the boarding gates. Not that spacious, but just enough.

Trouble getting past, reception bent over backwards to help.

This is stellar for a United Club.  While there is scant seating, the food options are varied and better than the nearby Thai lounge.  The bar selection is pretty meager though.

Best United Club in the chain. Nice hot food, lots of outlets. Good restroom facilities with showers. Wish the US United Clubs were even 1/2 this nice.

A fantastic stop on my visit. Tables continually cleaned, wide variety of seating options, excellent tarmac views, high ceilings, great warm breakfast, quiet, and convenient for United flights.

Overall very nice, quite and comfortable. In the evening, there were 4 different hot food varieties, and different wines (no champagne as I recall).

Solid lounge and nice spread. The view isn't half bad either. Seats are smaller and not super comfortable. Staff was great and helpful. 

Great by American standards, refused to allow military in on orders, very strict in their entry policy, dim sum is only hot food.

Nice lounge with good options of samosas and spring rolls for us vegetarians. Also very quite and place was kept very clean.

Great good and drink selections. Went there around 2pm on a Wednesday and it was packed with ANA passengers. Some pax kept their luggage on the chairs even though folks were looking for seats. That's rude.

This definitely was way better than your average United Lounge. A lot of space, a great view, great food selection and decent beverages to choose from. Best United club I've visited to date. 

Good island of calm. Expect a slight delay while they charge airline you are on (nonmember) and have a e-ticket number ready. Disconcerting to have your card and pass out of view as they process it.

Best Star Alliance lounge at HKG. Comfortable seating with a great view. Good food, sushi, pho, and many options.

Best United Club ever � food/beverage options and staff attentiveness are great. However the seating needs improvement, and surprisingly there's no hair dryer in the shower...

Nothing fancy but has about everything one will need. Food selection is decent. No bartender so mix your own drinks. Can see United flight gates downstairs right from the lounge, which is nice.

Outstanding club. Very well laid out; open and airy. Numerous food and drink selection at various stations. Better wine selection than the Thai club. The chairs we sat in were old and tired, however.

I arrived about 2.5 hr before I had to fly out and the lounge had a great assortment of hot and cold food and beverages. The staff were friendly yet discreet. Good location for shops and gates.

Large lounge with excellent views and balcony overlooking gate 60. Very nice shower facilities. Only 1 person wait list at 10PM for a shower. Very good food and drink options. Make your own Coke float.

Probably the best value for money lounge. Free alcoholic drinks are included. The only negative is some of the chairs are getting pretty worn and could do with being replaced. Otherwise a good lounge.

Best of the United lounges but can be crowded. Only two showers - line was 7 people deep before red eye flights departed the evening I was there.

It's a bit if a walk from where you come up from the train but because of it, it's a lot less busy than the Thai Airways lounge that's right near gate 40. This lounge is open and airy. Worth a try.

This is the best United Club I've ever been in, though that's a low bar. But this open place is great with a variety of self-serve food and drinks.

Probably the best United Club in the world -- though to be fair I have only visited other United Clubs in the US. Has a shower and good hot food options.

This is probably the best United Club I've been in, and is definitely worth a visit. This one has a variety of food, and a self-serve bar.
