Needs Improvement
Could really use more lighting and food refreshments. I was waiting between flights; was starving and there was only coffee/tea/juice and a few packets of stale in-flight snacks.

Needs Improvement
There is almost nothing in this lounge: no beers, no wine, it's not even worth the time to scan your boarding pass at the desk, just board your flight early and get your pre takeoff drinks in 1st class.

Needs Improvement
Very Poor lounge with drab decor, cheap snacks and drink options, but worst of all some extremely rude staff.

Needs Improvement
No idea why Hawaiian would build a lounge for first class customers and make it like this. You would think in Hawaii, Hawaiian Airlines would have a premium lounge. Won’t fly first class with them again.
