  • This lounge is not accessible for Arrivals. Guests must present an outbound departure boarding pass from HNL for confirmed same-day travel to access the lounge.
  • If access is restricted, the lounge uses a waiting list. The waiting list does not guarantee access. All passengers and guests must wear a face mask. Please note the lounge will provide pre-packed food.

Located in Terminal 1 Inside Security. From the 2nd Floor, take the nearest escalator or lift up to the 3rd Floor, the entrance is located near the Wiki Wiki Shuttle pick-up area.

Small, clean, basic, well stocked. Food/drink in other reviews are accurate. One red, one white, one beer (blonde), basic tea/wine. Didn't experience rudeness mentioned by others. Staff was friendly.

Satisfactory
Meh. For a home station lounge, it is pretty mediocre. No Bloody Marys, only wine or Bikini Blonde brew (which is a good brew).

Needs Improvement
Was denied access to this lounge at HNL while traveling on an HA first class ticket. So disappointed! They sent me downstairs to the Premier lounge, which had no food. Need better reception staff.
