Lounge is open during COVID! Very nice facility with more food options then I was expecting -prepackaged but fresh sandwiches and snacks. Bar is open for business too. Lots of space to relax!

FYSA $29 entry for military on TDY orders unless you’re in uniform.  ANA lounge is much better, but so far away if you have a G gate departure (even with the shuttle).

Furniture looks relatively new. Decent food selection with complimentary drinks (only select ones). Not the nicest I’ve seen but it’s definitely better than I expected based on the airport.

So, it is quite large, there is one a single TV (playing ESPN), the food was Thai soup, salad, egg salad, two breads. Minimal cocktails/setups and inexpensive wines. Good wines were an extra charge.

Been here multiple times; some busy, some slow. Typically good service and snacks have evolved into small meals. When stocked, food is decent. When bartenders are around, bar service is A+. Recommend.

Basic in amenities, with cheese, soup and cold veggies and dip on offer. But nice, bright airside view with high ceilings. Also a teensy bit too crowded around noon. Otherwise not a bad spot.

No access provided to domestic first class passengers flying on United. Shameful! Its not like it's a Polaris lounge!

Better variety of food than usual United Club. Spacious. Friendly staff. Comfortable seats. Not many outlets, otherwise very good.

One of the oldest and most run down of United's lounges. Business area was removed but many chairs recently upgrade. Free beer option usually warm.  Bar staff almost always in back or away from bar.

Why all the negativity? Here at 11am, decent options: cheese, celery, carrot sticks, broccoli, tuna chicken and Mac salad, Madeleine lemon cake. Maui chips, mango salsa, crackers, snacks, chicken noodles soup.

First time I was ever asked for my ID to enter a lounge with my Alaska pass and plane ticket. I noticed the Asian passengers were not asked for their IDs. I guess I don’t look like a lounge person?

Bathroom smelled like a truck stop, AC was hardly on and offerings were very minimal. Staff was attentive but the rest was a dumpster fire. Won’t come back.

Standard lounge, with limited food and wine/beer selection. Front desk staff was bossy, but bartender held up the experience.

Bright, airy, and spacious but as basic as basic gets. As noted, outlets are hard to find and the multi-port chargers provides by United don’t function reliably.

In need of some updating. The snacks have some local options, which are a nice touch of the aloha spirt. The employees are happy, as they should be, Island life.

Pretty basic lounge with snacks and beverage options. No showers, unfortunately. There is a lack of power outlets throughout the lounge.

Lounge is large nice business area for your own computer use and printing. Food is fair just snacks (soup, salad, veggie, cheese, light desert, drinks), no real food do not come hungry. Nice runway view.

I found it to be quite pleasant. Good drinks, good coffee, lots of seating. Must have been remodeled. One of the larger United locations I've seen. Incredible views in the evening.

No couches. Free drinks limited, but not bad. Service is great. Needs updating for the price in my opinion. Outlets are really hard to find except in business center.

Feels like a Holiday Inn from the 1970's. Tired and worn out. View is nice but that's about it. Restrooms are terrible.

Very old and uncomfortable decor.   Now I remember why I don't like to fly long hops on United. More like simple snacks rather than actual food.

I tried to gain access with a United 1st class domestic, and was denied at the front desk. They were somewhat rude about it too. 1st class ticket has to be international to get in the lounge.

This lounge takes you back in time. Very dated, typical snack selection of cheese... enjoy!

United hits rock bottom on this one. Quite large but limited comfy seats, alcohol is paid bar, and as long as you like cheese, you're good.

Keep expectations low. Decent food & drink options for breakfast, lots of space and tables, strange cramped layout for the food, bathrooms a bit dirty. Air NZ Koru members get free entry.

Definitely needs an update. The furniture and feel is old. However, there are snacks and drinks to tide you over and the lounge is spacious. Only worth coming if on a long layover.

Not as bad as would've expected based on some reviews. Lots of space, and was very quiet at the time of our visit. Basically no proper food, just soup and snacks, but OK drinks. Friendly service.

Not as bad as I feared. HNL has limited lounge options, I think, but the bartenders are friendly and United is serving drinkable prosecco on the house. Chicken soup is good. Snacks are limited.

The seating areas feel very bright with huge windows and "plantation style" seating, albeit the chairs seem a little dated. Food is minimal and not even up to standards by typical United Clubs.

Typical UA lounge. Nothing special. Just a quiet place to sit before the flight. 

Furniture is wrecked and outdated, this place needs a makeover! But nevertheless, basic United service works and it is air conditioned :-)

Dirty, staff not just unfriendly but also not helpful. Mostly overcrowded. Reception 1/2 time unoccupied. Alcoholic Bev. for charge @ Bar, wifi good, food = snacks, but nothing fresh! Typical US Lounge.

This space has potential but it's decorated like grandma's house. The furniture and carpet is super dated. Standard food and drink for UA club except they have fruit cups and a juice dispenser.

Dated. "Bartender" did not know what bitters are. But got in with Priority Pass with Amex Platinum on an Air Canada flight and IASS lounge is pathetic so this was best option other than the gate.

Very spacious lounge with great view onto the tarmac. Don't agree with 'run-down' statement; furniture is nice local style. Gives a feel of a caf� in Vienna. Food and bevs are basic though.

This is the old United lounge. If you have ever been in Continental's Presidents Club, you would see the difference. This club is so outdated and pitiful that it's not even worth the trek.

Though it's a nice lounge, and I like the "Haiwaiian" juices that they offer, the food selection is minimal.

Considering the $50 entry fee, this lounge isn't worth it. The bar should be self-serve. The only free alcohol are one type of red wine, one type of white wine, beer, and well shots.

Other than an assortment of very limited snacks, there are no real food choices. Great view, but definitely needs a major upgrade since it's very dated and small.
