One of the worst lounges I have been to in a long time. Men's bathroom door is completely removed, none of the outlets work, and food options are extremely limited. 1 red 1 rose wine and no sparkling.

The space is fine especially out of the chaos of terminal one in JFK however the food options are minimum and needs major improvement. This is hardly a satisfactory lounge.

I don’t know how they found employees in the US to represent every negative French stereotype (mostly untrue of course) but they did it.  Employees are not only lazy but ruder than a NYer can handle.

Small a la carte menu that you can order from in the upstairs lounge (for Business & First) but everything has dairy in it. Food selection is fine but not great if you’re lactose or gluten intolerant.

Not taking Priority Pass at 9am on a Friday, despite the lounge and terminal being quiet.

Seriously in need of more attention from staff. Waiting for a late night flight to Shanghai, the already slim food pickings were almost nonexistent. No forks. No food. No service. Hardly worth effort.

I haven’t had the chance to check out this lounge as a Priority Pass member due to unwelcoming/rude service. I came twice per staff instruction. Not a pleasant experience. Travelers looks nice though!

Fairly small lounge with not enough seating or food. But considering it's only one of two choices for PP in this terminal it's not all that bad!

Great location when you fly from gates 1-2. Nice afternoon food. Although the coffee is great; The coffee machine is very complicated. With Priority card - you need to get in before 1:30pm.

Always wanted to come in here from the outside looking so grand. Staff is pleasant and lounge is huge with 2 floors, plenty of seating but for breakfast, not much choices other than pastries.

It is an excellent lounge. I had no problems getting in with my Priority Pass. The food is clean and fresh. There is constantly people coming in and out to help you if you need anything. No complaints.

We’re not able to access with Priority Pass nor AMEX Business Platinum due to hours restriction. We were told that we could only access after 11PM.

Courteous front desk agent readily accepted Priority Pass for access on a Tues at 11 am. Complimentary beverages (coffee, tea, soda, wine, beer and spirits)  as well as breakfast items, fruit and bread.

Incredibly rude reception. Don’t bother with your Priority Pass. They were shocked when I was willing to pay day rate (since my AF ticket allowed that). Rude service spoils an otherwise OK lounge.

Small selection but high quality food. Self-serve wine and 10 types of bread (at midnight).

Tried to access with Priority Pass and was met with an extremely rude receptionist who shouted at me to leave. Guess you have to fit their “clientele” in order to be let in.

Airy, bright, clean, and bright. Food offerings are decent (salads, sandwiches). Close to the gates too.

The La Premiere private room was comfortable albeit very small. Food offering was sufficient and service was gracious although not polished. A good pre-flight experience overall.

It’s a good lounge, however, access (unless you are on Air France) needs a bit of swearing. They tend to try their best not to recognize elite+ of other SkyTeam carriers.

Staff extremely rude. They seem trained to be nasty to Priority Pass holders. I was turned away at 10:55pm because they only let Priority Pass holders after 11pm.

Bought access at check in. Paid to enter but when I got there, the staff on the door were awful. Tried to not let me in. I had to voice me annoyance at being sold the ticket. Totally rude, but got in.

Was rejected even after 11pm with Priority Pass. The reason was they got too many delays but it looks pretty empty. The lady at front desk is rude and super unfriendly.

Great breakfast eggs and quite decent espresso. Shower broken on 8/29/17. Staff was not happy to be there despite not being very busy in the morning. FYI - Priority Pass is not allowed after 11 am.

Horribly limited hour access with Priority Pass. The staff wasn't very helpful clarifying that either. Your Super Amex Platinum and Priority Pass are basically useless here! Worst feeling!

Why all the negative reviews? Here for a JAL am flight. There's espresso, croissants, fresh fruit, delicious sausage, and really amazing eggs. There's plugs, Wi-Fi, news TV. OK so view not best.

If you are using Priority Pass, don't bother. Extremely limited access hours for PP. Priority Pass keeps getting worse. 

Priority Pass access prohibited 1PM to 11PM. As far as you are concerned, you will never see the inside of this lounge. Thank you PRIORITY PASS for an awesome deal!

Was there in the morning. Decent breakfast selection, particularly for a US lounge. Lots of seats, good serve yourself liquor selection. Good views of the ramp. Recommended.

Food was okay, keep seeing a lot of Priority Pass guests get rejected because the lounge is packed. Used plates and glass laying everywhere, no one cleaning it. Upper level close at 12:15am.

Nice open, airy lounge in T1. Far superior to domestic US lounges, with self-serve liquor and a nice selection of light bites. Mumm champagne on ice, available before 8am. 

Easily the best of the SkyTeam lounges at terminal 1, but unfortunately that isn't saying much. Still, food is decent and champagne is never a bad thing. A bit crowded and dirty, though.

For a lounge that you can access with Priority Pass, it's great! Mumm champagne, good food and drink selection, spacious and good to work in. Huge windows mean it's bright and airy too.

Useful advice: the lounge is not accessible with a boarding pass for a flight departing from another terminal (you will not be allowed to go through security at T1, in contrast to other terminals).

Morning flight, JAL business class ticket, full compliment of wine, breakfast is noodles, rice, fruit, bread, soup, fish. Plenty of space.

Very nice lounge with lots of available seating. Several plug in stations available too. Good appetizer type foods with plenty to offer. Free drinks.

Before the A380 flights, this lounge does get busy. Otherwise, however, this lounge is quiet and comfortable. Grab a glass champagne, a magazine, and relax before your flight.
