  • This lounge is located in the Gateway@klia2 shopping facility, which is located outside of security in klia2. If you are departing from klia2, please leave enough time to go through security. Passengers departing from or transiting through KLIA's Main or Satellite Terminals can access this lounge; however, please note that doing so could be very inconvenient and in most cases not recommended, especially if you do not have a long layover and/or are not familiar with the layout of the airport.
  • Complimentary alcoholic drinks are limited to beer only. Premium alcoholic drinks are subject to additional payment.

Located in Gateway@klia2 Outside Security. Take the travellator next to 'Hometown Hainan Coffee' on the Arrival Hall to Level 2M.

New one, it DOES have a bathroom...plenty of food too (you can even make your own panini!) and free beer out of the tap! Only wish it would include wine and not be outside security...

Favorite lounge in KLIA 2, it's comfortable, cozy, amazing and delicious selection of foods including vegetarian options. Been here several times and it has never been a disappointment!

Needs Improvement
Upon arrival was told food available by menu. BS back and forth with staff refusing to cook anything. Cook rude. Useless lounge at this time of night. Staff zero CS skills.
