Excellent lounge! Doesn’t look like United Clubs in the USA at all! Spacious and has great views, awesome staff, excellent food and drink options (bartender specials are great).

One of the best UA lounges. Spacious, comfortable chairs, nice selection of foods and drinks. Much better than typical UA lounges especially in the US.

Open and beautiful, can do laps! Better food options than most lounges, all drinks free (bartenders not great though), fast WiFi, nice view of tarmac, lots of seating, media room, private bathrooms!

The bathrooms are constantly occupied. There's very little actual lounge space and it's very crowded.

This is a first rate airline lounge. Plenty of seating and food & drink selection are outstanding. One of the better UL lounges I have been to.

Great lounge with excellent facilities. In particular the bar offers a great selection of drinks, with an excellent view. The showers are also very clean, tidy and offer all the needed bits and pieces.

Love this lounge. Hits the nail on the head on all fronts - design, cleanliness, F&B, service. Great plane spotting place except for some windows now overlooking a construction site. Very nice indeed.

Surprised this is a United Club. Large and spacious with a good bar and English breakfast. Close to United Gates which are at the North end of 2B. Not worth the walk if you depart from 2A.

Pretty impressed by this lounge! Staff extraordinarily friendly, good food selection, not crowded at all. I had a private barkeeper who mixed me a personalized non-alcoholic cocktail :)

Quite large lounge. Often quite busy. Differently designed seating areas. Too few power outlets. Fast and free wifi. Quite OK selection of food items. Separate bar with good selection of beverages.

Trendy lounge, complete with music. Staff very helpful. Showers looked divine, with great amenities. Food selection was wide, with lots of vegetarian options. They had scones with cream and jam!

Best United Club I've experienced - very open, light, comfortable layout (even when crowded), impressive food & beverage selection. Surprisingly more enjoyable than either the Singapore or AC lounge.

Lots of seating but gets crowded. Food is just okay. The WiFi is beyond awful. 0.32 Mbps down.  0.06 Mbps up. Those are real numbers, not typos.

United lounges are usually the worst of the Star Alliance lounges, not the case at the Queen's terminal. Exceptional setting and a nice bar.

Wow. A United club that doesn't suck? I'm in shock. An actual buffet with food and not a pile of cheese cubes? Why can't United do this in the States? Especially for the $1000 a year to be a member.

Classy, excellent amenities, attentive staff. For my 7 hour layover: worth every penny. 20 mins to get to from Terminal 3 without lines, and they recommend 45 to get to a Terminal 5 gate. 30Mbps wifi!

Classy lounge in the T2B pier. Staffed bar, nice showers and good food/drink selection. I would argue this is the best *A lounge at LHR.

Great United lounge. Good food, power outlets, and restrooms. All very clean and great service. 

We had a 6 hour layover and stayed here and napped. The bathrooms are immaculate. Large selection of foods and drinks. All delicious. The people there were lovely! Will stay again!

Reasonable spacious lounge, x-factor is bar with cocktails and good quality range of wine. Food adequate, but basic. Lounge overall better than any United Club anywhere else, quite good.

Amazing lounge. A far cry from most US lounges (of any airline). The food is delightful and the custom cocktails are quite a treat. The lounge itself is very clean, well lit and spacious.

The best United lounge so far.  I have been to the ones in ORD, EWR, SFO, IAD, IAH and this is by far the best.

Big lounge with decent food selection. Not as good as BA's Heathrow lounges in my opinion but pretty solid.

The food was amazing, the service was excellent.

Nice lounge but based on your gate, it could be a 30 min walk to the lounge.

Wow, what a great lounge! Excellent cocktail bar. Tasty food - hot and cold. Regular passing staff tidying up. Best of all are the showers - modern facilities for freshening up before a long flight.

Far better than any other UA lounge. Almost as good as the Star Alliance lounge in 4. One thing is the long walk to B28-49 gates. If transferring to an A gate flight, Plaza Prem in 2 might be better.

Excellent new United Club in Heathrow Terminal 2! Spotless showers, restaurant quality food offerings, lots of seating options. It can be a long walk from arrivals but worth the trek.

Visited the United Lounge for the first time on Friday 7 Nov. The food was very tasty and the bartenders skilled and friendly. It's even worth walking all the way from T2 main side and back.

The best club in the UA system. Lots of space, excellent hot breakfast as well as hot and cold food for lunch. Came with my family and was able to buy an extra entry for $25 USD as UA card member. 

Ample seating in different formats with great counters to work on. Power plugs galore including USB. This is a great terminal 2 that's been given the terminal 5 facelift. Also quite airy and bright. 

Large new (June 2014) lounge. Loads of USB & power ports. Nice food + variety & very attentive staff that swings by tables for refills and to clear used items. Great lounge, do the same to EWR? Please!

This is a great model for all other United lounges. Plenty of seating with power outlets, premium drinks, and tasty hot food. The bar has been set.

Packed.... Why have bartenders if not required? They did provide excellent service but would rather pour my own. Prefer *A lounge in T1. 

The best United Club in the network hands down. A fantastic array of food and drinks, lots of power outlets and fast wifi, comfortable seating, and outstanding showers.
