Satisfactory
Completely packed lounge filled with sick coughing people and too many people speaking loudly on speakerphone. The food and drinks were great, and the staff was friendly. The place needed more tidying.

Lovely lounge with a nice view, the staff is friendly. It’s less crowded than the lounges in the main terminal.

Outstanding
A wonderful place to relax before departure. Despite large weather delays, the lounge remained quiet and calm. Enjoyed a refreshing shower and had a some real food for dinner. All around great lounge!
