A bit of a zoo at busy times. Should be nice but is way too small and not enough quiet separated areas. Excellent when less full.

The barista is excellent (use the Air NZ app to order). Craft beer on tap and cocktails are available at the bar. There’s a big kids’ room and sweeping views of the apron. Definitely the best in AKL.

Sehr gute Launch mit leckerem Essen und gutem Service. Nur sehr, sehr voll und laut. Die Strata-Lounge bietet ebenfalls super essen und Service und ist deutlich entspannter.

Great buffet every time, wide variety of spaces and seating, lots of device charging spaces, superb coffee ordered through the app! Only downside is relative crowding.
