Quite disappointed - especially for a SG lounge. No window at all, low ceiling, food extremely average (dim sum were barely eatable). During my visit, there was no water running - no cocktail/toilets!

By far the best of the three Star Alliance lounges at HKG simply because it's the only one of the three that is air conditioned! Comfort, food and drink are better too.

Table service for regional dishes is a nice touch and the food and drink selection is good. While dark without windows, there are comfortable and separate seating areas. Quiet too.

Dark, no windows. Close to gate 6, so quite far from everything else. Lots of seating, but very cramped and crowded. Food ok. Air Canada passengers choose United lounge.

This lounge is tucked into the back of the terminal with no windows or views. It offers very limited vegetarian choices. However, it has various types of seating - at bar, work desks and lounge chairs.

Perfectly adequate lounge but nothing special — certainly by SQ standards. Full-service bar seemed to keep losing its bartender, though friendly when a different one emerged each visit. No view.

A good lounge with proper champagne and a selection of hot food. Lots of people at 9 PM on a Monday and despite that plenty of seats left. No child zone/dedicated area; however, a very solid lounge.

My 3rd time. WAY too many people and they are slurping and starving it seems. No windows, dark. Staff are fine and the offerings normal, but I think I'd rather wander the airport. This is not restful.

This is one of the more basic airline lounges. Not that comfortable to sit, quite crowded, and no windows. Had hard scrambled eggs and fried pork noodles for breakfast. Try Thai or United instead.

Busy lounge, but was able to find a seat. Wifi was very slow due to overloading. The free airport wifi outside of the lounge was much better. Food selection was decent.

Smaller lounge with no window. Staff is rude. Check in lady hoofed and slammed her hands on the desk when I didn’t have my boarding pass ready after I gave her my club card.

A decent lounge, fairly good food & drinks. Showers pretty average. Nice staff. But compared to all the other Star Alliance lounges at HKG it's very dark and gloomy. No runway views or even windows.

Excellent lounge that has great food and excellent drinks. May be a little dark but the pods at the back of the lounge are excellent for resting.

This is a fantastic lounge with great showers. Apart from the lack of windows, it is a winner. The laksa, bar, and buffet items are quite nice. The Singapore Sling is rather sweet here.

Quality food spread, champagne served at the bar, Haagen Dazs icecream. However, no view.

Completely refurbished 2014.  Excellent modern showers and comfortable seating.  Only drawback is the lack of windows.

Best thing about this lounge is the food - plentiful. You can even order laksa and a few other soup dishes. No natural light, and strangely no toilets, which is very inconvenient.

Other than the fact it has no windows and no bathroom, this is a nice lounge with the best food offerings of all the Star Alliance lounges at HKG.

Compared to all the other lounges in HKG, this lounge is a joke. No bathrooms, and has the ambiance of a midwestern Chinese restaurant from the 70s.

The only annoying issue about this lounge is that there are no bathrrooms. Otherwise, this is a nice lounge that sometimes even offers hot food.

This is a great lounge that has a wonderful business center, fantastic selection of food (including ice cream!), and lots of great comfortable seats. There is also an amazing selection of magazines.
