During the morning rush with Jetstar and Qantas departures it’s a zoo, with standing only capacity in a warm crowded site. Those with OneWorld Emerald or Sapphire status should go to the JAL lounge.

Rang the doorbell several times to get into the lounge with no response at 2pm. Pretty dissatisfied.

Very small and crowded due to Jetstar/Qantas flight schedules. Average food offerings. Clean and comfortable.

The lounge is very comfortable. Unfortunately, it is missing the usual coffee machine and the spread of food was of a lower standard of range compared to other clubs.
