Not a business class lounge by any means ... if you’ve paid for Virgin Upper you couldn’t get an experience *less* like LHR. No comfort, overcrowded with the most basic of drinks a chargeable extra.

Einen Abstecher wert
Way less people than the crowded Centurion Lounge and way better food. Staff is also super friendly. Furniture could be updated but it was very clean.

Zufriedenstellend
Plain and simple. Nice bar and espresso machine. Seats, couches and chairs were fine but nothing luxurious. Plenty of TV and clean restrooms. Quite a large lounge too.
