Really dingy, dated and all-round depressing space. Music is upbeat but that’s about all that’s positive. There are no windows. No showers. The food offering is rubbish (no hot). What even is this?

Einen Abstecher wert
OneWorld members should stop by to get away from the craziness of terminal 5. The staff are attentive, the food is OK, the structure of the lounge could be warmer but that’s just the British for you!

Small, crowded, ancient facilities, come on BA, get into this millennium! Staff were great, food and drink were good quality.
