People have not been very nice about this lounge but it's reasonably spacious and the service was friendly. Food is pretty minimal but there is some.

I’m usually nice, but the reviews are right! Crowded, loud, constant announcements and very poor food choices. I may just head back to the crazy terminal. Really not worth a visit.

Worst lounge I have ever been. Overcrowded. Food option: unpeeled carrots, cucumber, crackers & long-life cheese. Feel sorry for the people that pay to enter here as they will be disappointed.

Unusually noisy, very popular with young families and screaming kids. Unfortunately the parents do not make good use of the family room. Food is subpar. 2 showers available for freshening up.

Almost no food in the lounge, unfortunately. Decent selection of tea. Beverages are abundant and comfortable chairs.

Really poor food selection. Does a good job managing the large crowd with a lot of space and outlets. Be prepared for noise; louder than the actual terminal.

The food selection is the worst. The drinks are OK, they should have better wines option. As an insignia lounge for the airline at their home airport, it's a shame for the airline, changes needs to be done.

Terrible food! We visited this lounge 2 times and both times it was very crowded. For a tropical country you’d think they’d have some kind of fresh fruit, just bananas. OK alcoholic drinks.

No good food options - cheese, fruits, crackers, sandwiches. At least somewhere to sit between flights. Don't come early only for this lounge.

No food at all! Carrots and dry micro-sandwiches?? Really? No sugarless coffee. Showers? Very limited! Still, comfortable seats and nice bar. Would NOT recommend it at all.

Lots of seats and outlets. Basic food choices: crackers, cookies, fruits, and coffee available throughout the day. Can get really busy but you usually find empty seats somewhere.

If you want to eat...not the place. If you want to have a drink or two, very good spot. Real bar. Spacious and decent WiFi. It’s like being in a United lounge with a better bar.

This lounge is very poor. No food (maybe a fruit and a cracker), terrible coffee from a machine. Always crowded. I prefer the lounge before security at this airport.

Space is big, seats comfortable. Unfortunately, if you hope to get a bite before your plane, you will be seriously disappointed. Certainly not worth the Priority Pass or elite status at COPA.

If I could rate this lower I would. Didn't mention that my teenager couldn't use his own Priority Pass until AFTER charging the 2 user PP visit on mine, forcing me to pay the $53 fee.

It's OK. They don't have much food. Just a bagel and muffin. They have a bar and it's decent space. It was not packed when I was there.

When I landed at 5 am, I went immediately to the lounge to grab a bite before my next flight. Imagine my surprise when I found it wasn’t even open and there were lines of people waiting to get in.

It is absolutely ridiculous that because you don’t have your Priority card they won’t let you through. We live in the digital world, people don’t have space to be holding 100s of cards.

After a transcontinental red eye, the showers are worth a detour. Play with the shower handle to get hot water. Food and drink is otherwise uninteresting.

A Star Alliance Lounge but also others like SkyTeam, therefore crowded. I entered with Flying Blue Platinum with one guest. Reviews are true. Limited food, drinks at the bar, internet ok. Seen better.

OK for a quick stop but nothing special. Breakfast was basically coffee, yogurt, generic bagels, apples and cereal. Coffee wasn't great but wifi was good.

Food options are very simple and limited. The only way to get something to drink is to ask for it at the bar (water, sodas, beer, etc.) and there's usually a line.

They've upgraded the lounge a bit recently, but it's still pretty sad for a flagship lounge of a carrier.

Modern, spacious. Busy. Bar. AM: bagels,  toasters, cream cheese, muffins, juice, coffee, tea, granola bars, cereal, fruit. PM: small basic sandwiches, granola bars, carrot and celery sticks with dips. Great showers!

The chair layout causes people to take 2 or 3 chairs for just themselves. Somewhat annoying

The reviews are true. This is one of the worst lounges I've been to. No toilet paper, lots of crowds, few food options. It looks like a United lounge from 2005.

Basic lounge that is very crowded. Minimal food and snack offerings. Basic bar. Not much in the way of air conditioning.

Spacious, but always crowded. Shabby snack items & they don't allow you to bring in food. Internet is just okay. Showers are good, but limited number of them impacts availability.

Our Copa fight was delayed and arrived after 4pm. Were told "this is a private lounge" despite having access. Never flying on Copa again.

This is a truly sad excuse for a flagship lounge. Dirty and crowded with only crackers and chips to eat (?!). Bar I guess is okay but servings are minimum. Do not pay for this lounge.

Tip: the showers have a single knob and hot comes first. And it can take a looong time to warm up. Nice showers - very little food or drink free. Admirals Clubs in the US are better stocked.

While a step up from the terminal with ample seating, showers and a bar, only sparse cold food options at breakfast. Wifi was good in the morning but few guests present.

Food is minimal, runs out quickly, and consists of crackers and chips. Otherwise, it's really your only option, ao it's better than waiting at the gate.

Nice lounge with plenty of seats. Usually gets crowded. Good bar and drinks, food really simple and could be a lot better. 

Decent enough. They take Priority Pass again as long as you visit during specified hours. A few snacks, nice bar area. Dense seating but wasn't too uncomfortable early in the day.

This lounge was used for a sleepover from a delayed/cancelled flight so it was a mess. The service is good and the wifi is excellent.

Great lounge. Visited at 7:30 am and enjoyed sparkling wine and breakfast. Not crowded on a Sunday morning. Only able to bring 1 guest with United Club Membership but able to pay $50 for extra person.

The lounge is often packed, but the WiFi works good even when packed and they have a good selection of free alcohol. The snacks are limited to pre-packaged items like chips.
