United Airlines United Club

Definitely needs an update. The staff was diligent in cleaning up. food was subpar: potato salad, hummus, several veggies, and two soups. At 1:00pm, lunch time should have a better selection of food.

Basic. Well decorated. No bar, just self service Coors, Bud & grocery store wine, & a basic salad bar. Coffee machine was out of order. Skip it for the concourse if you don’t need the power outlets.

Stayed here Fri night 9p- crowded, but found seating for our party of 8. My son dropped something in the chair but retrieved crumbs, coins, and a credit card. Perhaps lounge is in need of an update.

Uniquely designed United Club. It feels like you're in a 1990s hotel lobby. Cozy with nice people.

Gets crowded at peak hours, but is really clean and comfortable! There's even a bar you can request alcoholic drinks at, even at noon.

This was the worst of the three United Clubs at SFO. Old lounge that is pretty busy and could be tough to find a seat despite being what I'd imagine is the second largest of the United Clubs here.

Overcrowded lounge with tiny plates too small to accommodate the salad blend they provide. Fine stopping point before a flight but not worth a detour.

A typical US ex-Red Carpet Club. Probably top of the line when it opened and still quite nice. Good tarmac views, but often hard to find a decent seat.

When not crowded, it's a nice place to relax and enjoy.  

Food offerings are vastly improved. Also, Internet is now faster than before. Lots of quiet nooks and crannies for working or resting.

This lounge gets crazy crowded so be ready for the crush.   Food, drinks and service are all standard fare from United.   Front desk can be a bit snooty.

A normal ok lounge. Not much food. The guava juice is good.

Pretty nice, busy in the late mornings but was easily able to get a seat. Has even a quiet area with desks. Lots of power outlets.

Busy location at 7:52am, limited food (no hot food), great view of United planes at the gates.  Nice lounge for an early morning quick stop.

I'm surprised this United Club doesn't have a better rating. THE best compared to others I've been to. The staff are great, and the restroom facilities are great compared to other United Clubs.

Elevator was broken and we had to take the stairs. Hard to get to, but empty and quiet at 6am. Apples but no bananas for breakfast. Free newspapers.

Looks like a boring hotel lobby from the 80s. Soft drink dispenser, crackers, cheese, and carrots. The only mindblowing thing is that some poor sods pay for United Club to be here! Only enter if free.

Pot offerings. How does this qualify for Star Alliance recognition? Bottom cheap liquor unless you pay premium and food / well, not many people call that cheap snack stuff as food. Wise up United.

This is a good lounge with plenty of space, including quiet zones for working. Snack selection is rather limited, but that's expected.

Don't have champagne dreams and caviar wishes when you visit a domestic lounge. But if you want a quite place to work, read, and relax this works well. Not too busy, nice work cubes and comp beer.

Very large, spacious, nice and quiet. Wifi didnt work and lounge opens at 5am... Considering the large number of 6am flights, they should open earlier.

This is a nice location, but only the normal United Club offers are provided. Though it's spacious, the lounge can get quite crowded. It's worth a stop if you get free entry.

Nice bathrooms, which is important.  But the lounge is crowded almost all of the time.  Needs an expansion.

Large lounge that does get a little crowded during the morning travel rush. An adequate selection of cereal, juices, bagels and more for breakfast. The staff here is very friendly.

Most of the times that I've been here, the lounge is extremely packed. The quality of snacks has depreciated since my first time at this lounge. The clean bathrooms and quiet office are good though!

Comfortable enough, but it's a standard United Club, which means sub-par food and beverages. This is only worth it if you can get in for free.

Exactly what you would expect from an airport lounge: free house wine, cocktails, and beer. There was also a small snack bar with cheese, pretzels, soda, juice, and coffee. You can also easily find a seat with outlets.

Even though this lounge is spacious, it can get crowded as well. The snacks offered are limited too.

Though it's overcrowded at times, with lines for the bathrooms, the lounge is clean and the bathrooms are private. In addition, this lounge offers a decent selection of snacks.

This lounge is in desperate need to be renewed. The snacks are terrible, and it's difficult to get a seat. The best part of the lounge is the quiet room in the back.

This is a large and crowded lounge that has good views, many power outlets, and clean toilets. The snacks, however, are also boring.

Though the location of the lounge is good, the lounge can get a bit crowded and can offer few options for snacks.

It's shameful to have such a bad United Club. The decor is dated, the space is limited, and the food is abysmal.

The staff at the front desk were not aware of the Star Alliance rules, and tried to bar me from access. Otherwise, the breakfast items and drinks were okay. The lounge itself was crowded but not loud.

This is the typical United Club. However, this one is often crowded.

If it's not too crowded, this lounge is very comfortable. The bar area is nice, but the food/snack selection is pretty mediocre.
