A nice lounge now that it's partnered with Amex. Good food menu, drinks, and room. While it's small, it was still quite empty.

Satisfactory
Somewhat blunt staff, but OK with most of all service. If you use LoungeBuddy pass, it may take some time since they might not get use to it.

Needs Improvement
1st visit - great. Clean; fresh food & multiple options; comfortable environment. 2nd visit - subpar. Employees arguing making it less than relaxing; food was still good. Employee retraining needed.
