Needs Improvement
More of a closet than a lounge. I have been in Dr.’s office waiting rooms that are nicer. No need to check in - there is no check in desk so the lounge is available to anyone. No restrooms. Sad.

Cute and well air-conditioned. But no snacks. Sodas and tea and coffee.

Plane snack bags and sodas. No other food. And no outside food allowed, give me a break. No bathrooms.
