Needs Improvement
1 bathroom for the entire lounge. Very packed but staff is not keeping up with the clean up. The only positive is that the front desk staff is very friendly and courteous.

Satisfactory
Very basic. Food not fresh tasting but free. Soup and salad bar. Old man at the front desk is a darling! Only reason for 2 stars. Dirty and crowded. Would not pay for entry. We entered free w/ flight.

Needs Improvement
Terrible. 1 bathroom, coffee was out, nearly every seat taken, it was a total waste. Staff on the food side SLOW & rude. I’m an Amex Platinum so it cost me $29 to use. Will ask for it back.

Worth a Detour
Alicia was wonderful; such a refreshing personality and great customer service! Downside: the lounge has uncomfortable layout.
