Garbage quality with almost nothing to eat. Chicken noodle soup was the only protein, and it was mostly broth with very little else. A/C was barely on, and we were sweating the whole time.

I'm not sure what all the bad reviews are about... Maybe I'm just getting lucky. I've been here a few times the past 6 months. Limited food, but tasty/fresh, and always great service.

Terminal C is so nice, you’re better off not entering this bad lounge (if they’ll let you in...). Always overcrowded, bad food, limited beverage options. Most of the time they don’t let PP members in.

Nice lounge but very upset they have not updated the hours on LoungeBuddy. I walked all the way down because it said it was open only too be closed. So if anyone is reading this the lounge is closed

Great lounge and definitely worth a visit if you got a little time. Only issue I had with the lounge is that it is not facing the airfield, so I couldn’t see the planes in movement.

I can never get in to this lounge. There’s always a wait for Priority Pass. They’re not very nice about it either...

Nearly empty. Nevertheless, they told me put my name on the wait list and they’d call me in 30-45 mins. But, would “probably not” call my Int’l number.

They said there's a waitlist every day. I put my name and when they called 75 min later I was already on my flight. This is a joke.

45 min wait-list for Priority Pass - again. Should probably just remove lounge from program.

Lounge is open, clean, takes Priority Pass. Limited food options. 

I used to use this lounge weekly and it was great. Now they have MICE and put Priority Pass members on a wait list that never fulfills. I have videos of mice running around.

We were told they do not accept Priority Pass after waiting in line for 20 minutes. It is the only lounge in Terminal C. AMEX Platinum should rectify this problem.

Dirty lounge. Few power outlets. OK bar. If you can get in for free, better than the seats at the gate. If you have to pay $40, skip it and go to Legal Seafood instead. Priority Pass always waitlisted.

1 hour wait. Who has time to wait an hour for a lounge? I pay a lot of money for our Priority Pass, we should not have to wait!

You are denied access & they are not that nice about it. They should just not accept Priority Pass if they won’t accept it & Priority Pass should find another lounge for their members.

Rude staff, dirty lounge, completely empty but wouldn’t let us in with PP.

The lounge is spacious and quiet. Furniture requires cleaning. Glasses and cutlery were not clean. Few power outlets. Food choice and quality was okay at best. Good choice of beverages.

Lounge is fair. Staff were not accessible and food choices were snacks.

This lounge is fairly standard and we’ve had good experiences with the staff for sure. Friendly and accommodating. Recommended if flying out of Terminal C.

It’s a lounge with food and a bar, but the breakfast spread doesn’t impress. If you want a paper and a cup of coffee, it gets the job done.

Waited until I had made 6 visits to review.  Consistently able to access using PP in the morning and NEVER able to access in the afternoon though it’s mainly empty.  Desk staff are exceptionally rude.

Give this lounge the benefit of the doubt. It’s in a very busy terminal and they do a great job. You will likely have to be put on a wait list, so do not expect to just walk right in. Safe travels!

Only come here if you are PP and the Air France lounge is full. Worse food, drinks, seating, no alcohol available to self serve. Dirty and unkept.

Priority Pass wait list...again. Lounge didn’t seem full. I was told it would be over an hour.

Nice place to stop at if you have an hour or so to kill in the terminal, quiet and comfortable. Food options are okay for a quick snack. Tried to visit a 2nd time and they had a waiting list for PP.

Priority Pass waitlist is a joke. The lounge is 2/3 empty, yet they have about 10+ people on the waitlist.

I cane in at 1:00pm. Place is totally empty. Food is good and the staff keeps the area very clean.

No problem getting in on a Sunday at 11:30 am with Priority Pass. However, the lounge is subpar. No good food selections. Not enough outlets. Staff seem to hate their jobs. Better than nothing though.

Told there was a thirty minute wait to get in. Didn’t have time for that, so it was a big waste of time to hike all the way down to this club. Surely had something to do with EI and TP customers.

Very basic lounge. Food options were minimal. In need of renovation. WiFi worked fine.

Priority Pass, no trouble getting in at 3pm on Saturday. Staff might be the LEAST friendly I’ve ever seen, NO one smiles. They barely look at you. Food not good but bar has 1/2 decent choices.

A total joke. Don’t even bother walking there. It’s a lounge dominated by Aer Lingus and TAP first class.

As stated by others, they don’t let Priority Pass in and put you on a waiting list. Very nasty, and very prepared to tell you “no.” Don’t even plan on trying to use this place.

Rude to Priority Pass customers. Rejected four of us with a half empty lounge. Purportedly saving the lounge space for other customers that could potentially arrive. Should be removed from network.

Initially gave me a hard time with Platinum and Priority card. Then when I told them the reviews were accurate they let me right in. Once in club was great.

Would not allow access for Priority Pass or Amex even though only a handful of people in lounge. Extremely rude desk attendant offered to sell admission.

No issues getting in with Priority Pass, not crowded, good food. Very quiet, and the staff work hard to immediately clean up after people.

They won't take Priority Pass but will sell you an admission. Complete crap.

Would not accept Priority Pass or Star Alliance Gold. Put me on a waiting list for entry and told me to go to another terminal.

Food is meh (lots of snacks, 2 soups, styrofoam cups o’ ramen - seriously), beverages are decent. However, the bartender keeps walking away which makes getting a drink weird.

Priority Pass at 6:15am - no issues. Very convenient when flying JetBlue. Respectable continental breakfast. Good coffee. Just Irish publications. Use Logan internet. Definitely worth stopping by.

OK lounge, not a lot of food but drinks are okay. Went in the afternoon, no problem getting in with Star Alliance Gold. A problem is the newspapers : only Irish ones ! Should at least have a US one like NYT.

Flight cancelled so had to fly out of terminal C on a different airline. Had to wait to get in during busy time so was on waitlist, came back 30 min later and was let in. Service/food good.

We were the last Priority Pass allowed in 3pm on a Sunday. Place was clean but not a ton of chargers. Food was pretty good with soup, sandwiches and some snacks. Now has TVs and newer chairs.

Unable to access again. Wait time > 30min.

Conveniently located, but often unhelpful for Priority Pass holders - don't expect to go in immediately unless you are a business or first class TAP flyer.

Really bad coffee. Buy coffee elsewhere and bring in.

Very convenient if you're flying JetBlue. Our gate is literally across the walkway. Continental breakfast with fresh fruit salad, cereal, yogurt changes to lunch around 11 am. 

Doesn't allow Priority Pass in before 5:05pm (on Sunday 8/6/17).

Access denied if you are not TAP or Aer Lingus business class during certain hours. Even though there was a lot of space, they hold space open in case those passengers show up.

Came in at 1:00 on a Tuesday. Started filling up a little after 2:00. TAP/Aer Lingus flights are 5:36, 6:20, 7:15, & 9:20, so probably busy just before then. Nice spread, decent selection at bar.

The chairs are starting to show their wear. There are a lot of chairs that are stained and could use a good shampooing. The staff is nice and friendly. The A/C is off but have portable A/C units.

Empty during the day midweek. Great if you can pop in for a free cold one and kill 30 mins.

Apparently they honor Priority Pass only if the lounge is not too full. This is Boston...go figure!

Came here, was told it was full and there was "reserved seating". Was told that before I even opened my mouth, so it's unclear to me how they determined to not admit me.

Always seems to be "on hold" to Priority Pass.... not much of a lounge if you can't get in :-(

This probably fills up fast. Roomier than it looks with comfortable chairs to the right. Full complimentary bar if you ask. If it's not crowded, it's a good escape on Terminal C. Jetblue info boards.

Arrived at 3:30 on a Monday and was told that they weren't letting Priority Pass members in until after 5pm. Lounge did not look that busy. Disappointing.

Basic snack items, 2 soups, finger sandwiches, and a full house at 3:45pm on a Monday. Bathrooms are very basic too, but everything is clean.

Out of the 3 staff here at the moment, 1 appears to not enjoy her job e.g. throwing bottles into the trash from a distance, standing at the bar looking at records instead of cleaning up.

Very clean and nice but way too hot. It's Feb and it had to be 80 degrees in the lounge.

Turning away all Priority Pass members 2/10/2017, claiming backlogged flights from a snow storm will only allow business customers to be accommodated. They would let me pay for a day pass. Hypocrites.

Small but open and friendly. Unlike other reviewers I had no problems at all with wifi. Only complaint is lack of power outlets.

I flew JetBlue so this was convenient. I had to wait an hour to get in as it was too full. Clam chowder, veggie soup, olives, pasta salad, chips, sofa & juice. My flight was delayed; happy to have it.

Pretty good spot. Food could be better. Drinks are good, with plenty of soft and hard choices.

Nice place, no shower, average food, ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Internet, in fact there's no internet, you just use the same public network people outside use, which is awful. Total ripoff.

Quiet although moderately busy. Courteous staff, average amenities. Generous window view. Furniture could be upgraded. Fully automatic espresso/coffee machine and a Nespresso machine. Tazo tea bags.

Small, but bright and clean. Very minimal food options (bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal) but on par with most domestic lounges. Nespresso machine. No showers but otherwise okay for a few hours.

This is a solid lounge that is clean, quiet and acceptable for 80% of travelers. Self service coffee station, snacks and soft bevs. Fine selection of alcohol if you're not a wine drinker.

Sure not a 5* international lounge. But for a Priority Pass lounge in domestic terminal, it's really great. Very spacious.

Basic all access lounge. Clean, comfortable, full selection open bar, basic food options (popcorn, chips, veg sticks, soups, sandwiches, cheese cubes), Perrier and any juice or soda you can think of.

Nice lounge. Some food. Wifi, I think they use Logan's general wifi. Could not get it to work very fast. Used my hot spot instead.

Excellent small lounge in terminal C. Very attentive staff. Complimentary drinks, spirits, and food. Two flat screens with CNN, coffee bar, and food buffet. Daily newspapers available too.

Better than the UA and AA lounges in B. Food was good, with salads, sandwiches, soup and snacks. Nice drink selection. If connecting B to C, this is the best lounge to wait in.

This lounge is very new with modern accents. Food doesn't look appetizing but beverage selection is great. Very convenient for Jetblue and Emirates passengers.
