Great lounge with great staff and service. Aircon can be a tad aggressive but a minor niggle in an otherwise great lounge.

Worth a Detour
Very polite and friendly service, pleasant surroundings. They were kind enough to allow a guest who was travelling with BA. Vastly nicer than BA lounge across the hall.
