Worth a Detour
Really swanky lounge. Not much in terms of food options. Showers are a godsend! Great internet speed and awesome touch screen computers at every seat. It's worth checking out.

Satisfactory
Pretty standard lounge with light bites, coffee, etc. Chairs aren't super comfortable for longer layovers and you're limited to 4hrs.

Outstanding
Used this lounge during a complimentary transit stopover in DOH. They processed my visa while I used the small but nice selection of drinks and snacks (baklava, hummus, etc).
