Worth a Detour
There is a special check-in counter just got the miles& smiles members with tier classic plus and above and gold and above tier members of star alliance flying with Turkish airlines. It's small though

Needs Improvement
How useful is it to have a lounge that is not inside the terminal?! Having to go through security after leaving lounge is the opposite of convenient, no matter how good your food and drink is.

No alcholic beverages 😇 but quite nice quality soup.
