So disappointed. Was expecting Virgin level (Heathrow) and instead even most of Delta’s Sky Clubs in the US are better. Feels like a doctor’s office. This place needs to be hit with luxury stick.

Bright but no view to building’s exterior, which is slightly claustrophobic as a result. Clean. Very basic offerings. Leaves you wondering why the excellent service aboard is let down on the ground.

Worth a Detour
The KAL Prestige Lounge East is located by Gate 253. The West lounge is by Gate 249. These lounges are a big improvement over the KAL Concourse and the old T1 lounge in terms of food and comfort.

Worth a Detour
Meh, decent lounge but pretty small for being the major airline here. Comfy chairs though. Food selection was limited. The Coke zero fountain dispensed water. Bar was unattended. Meh.
