Okay lounge, small, but has the necessary amenities. Drinks, small hot food, and chairs. A bit busy and loud.

So apparently only Banamex customers have entry, Citibank private banking not regardless of card colour....shocking.

Satisfactory
Good option. Has some snacks and during certain hours it has breakfast or lunch. It is usually crowded. Staff is friendly but there is always a sales pitch once you are seated.

Food is average to bad. Beer and drinks are served until 11:00 am. The place is comfortable and large.
