Located in Main Terminal, Concourse A Inside Security. Located on the 3rd floor of the Main Terminal, access via the elevator located after Vino Volo and before Gate A1 in the corridor leading to the A Gates.

Outstanding
Went in mid August and were greeted with friendly people at the counter. The drinks were above par, service was great. All in all—- in a Covid environment I was super happy with it. Decent snacks.

Outstanding
Easy elevator ride up to a very nice getaway here at MSY. Decent food selection and nice sitting area. There is also a quiet room to relax in.

Needs Improvement
Walked up 3 flights of stairs to get to the lounge. The lounge was at capacity so they wouldn’t let me in. I explained I have multiple sclerosis and need a water after climbing stairs, they say no. F-
