All Nippon Airways ANA Lounge

Get to all ANA (or JAL) lounges by about 2:30pm latest, or after 7pm. You will get a fairly empty space, decent food and service. If after 2:30, get ready for basically Shinjuku Station.

Spacious and quiet in the back.  Above average food.  Love the Asahi beer machine! Much better than United lounge. Adding star- fresh sushi at 3:30pm!

I was here in April during the construction, I am happy to say it's completed, it looks great. There is plenty of seating, outlets, food, and sake! Very nice.  Fast forward to 9/8/2016 - fresh sushi!

Much nicer than the United Club in all the categories that count..food and alcohol. The massage chairs are always a nice treat after a long flight. They are private enough to sneak in a pre flight nap.

The lounge is so big it has a map they hand out in the front. It has two food buffets, noodle bar and sake bar! Nicer than the United lounge by far.

If you have Star Alliamce status, skip the United lounge diasaster and come here. Solid, hot food and amazing views. This is what we ahould expect of all Star Alliance lounges.

Great lounge. Massage chair side tends to be the quieter side. I'm no expert, but the noodles are great here. Smoking room inside. I forgot, no hair product in shower rooms. Try a new sake and relax..

One of the nicest non-business class lounges I have been in as far as size, decor, views, and amenities go. I was there at 6:30 am and they didn't have food out yet so can't comment on that.

Spacious lounge with a good variety of Japanese food options. There is a noodle bar on the far right end of the lounge that can be easy to miss. Showers are to the right of the sliding glass doors.

The best lounge I have been to in my entire life. It was huge with 2 food areas. Then they had a menu for you to browse. Crowded, but lots of places to sit and recharge your body and electronics.

Plenty of room. I esp like the desks with power facing against the large windows overlooking the jets. I haven't seen another lounge like it.

Comfortable lounge, clean, good wifi, but the food and wine selection is poor. Don't come hungry.

Great views, a noodle bar, and a sake bar. Showers and toilets are clean, staff are friendly and efficient. No western breakfast options, however. Not too crowded even though it was busy.

While it can get crowded, this lounge is 10x more comfy than the United lounge. Decent food options (cold) and drink. Large and ample seating.

As of early February 2014, this lounge is undergoing renovations. The noodle bar is closed, and there's not enough seating for everyone. Most seats seem to be reserved for First Class Passengers.

This is a great place to hang out. Even during peak evening hours, when I was here, the lounge had enough seating.

This is a great lounge with huge windows and wonderful views. The food and drinks are plentiful, and the spaces are great for relaxing and being productive. The left side of the lounge is quieter.
