Active duty USPHS Officer here: was allowed to sign in with their kiosk and show ID with no problems. Comfy chairs. Most guests were sleeping so it was extremely quiet.

Volunteer staff are always super friendly. It’s not at an obvious location and very small. Crowded when I was there but can’t beat free food, drinks and friendly staff.

It's fine for a USO. Comfy chairs, free bottled drinks, mediocre sandwiches. Good WiFi.

Outstanding
Military members are very welcome. Don't have to be on orders to use the lounge, but you MUST SHOW YOUR MILITARY ID. The volunteers are friendly and helpful. A+ for donated snacks and comfy couches.
