Worth a Detour
It is small- what you see in the pic is about half the lounge. And there’s no bathroom although a public restroom is right outside the door. Otherwise it’s clean and staff seems friendly.

Small, but with the food and beverage of a typical UC. Very clean, with a friendly staff. No bathroom.

Worth a Detour
Spent three hours in the club on a Friday morning. Amazing customer service from the friendly United agents. They knew several customers by name at check in and make sure everyone was taken care of.
