Satisfactorio
Lounge was too hot and very dated. Shower room was dingy and mouldy. Food (very basic) hasn’t changed in 30 years. They need to completely revamp their catering. Disappointing for a flagship lounge.

Merece una visita
A bit crowded in the morning - a wait for the bathrooms. Decent food and drink options. Concur that when the Orchid Lounge is not open this lounge does get mobbed.

Necesita mejorar
The seats, tables, and even walls are old, scuffed, and stained. The seating is all close, confined, and all identical. I'd avoid this lounge if you have access elsewhere.
