When you book access to the Aeropuertos VIP Club Arrivals Lounge, you will be met by staff at the finger exit or next to the aircraft. The personnel will then guide you to Fast Pass – preferential pass, to spare you any delays in immigration and customs control points. While you shop at the Duty Free shop, your luggage will be located so that all will be set once you encounter your family or friends, who await you in the comfortable waiting area of the VIP Arrival Lounge.
*Airport VIP Club members who hold their personal card may profit from an exclusive differential pass at security and immigration control points to speed up their arrival procedures.

Los tiempos de viaje son estimados y no están garantizados. Los aeropuertos pueden exigir que vuelvas a pedir autorización al área de seguridad e inmigración para tener acceso al lounge. El área de control puede solicitar una tarjeta de embarque con salida desde la terminal. Para los lounges que se encuentren dentro del área de seguridad o inmigración, primero debes facturar tu equipaje y obtener tu tarjeta de embarque.

Very comfortable, snacks are simple but there is coffee and good drinks. It was necessary for me, spent 7h there and I like it :)

Excelente
The catering was just brilliant when I was here. Tasty and filling. The staff are very friendy and they even have beds you can lie down in if you have a long wait. I'll definitely be back.
