Before the pandemic this lounge was just meh, but after I think it is outstanding. Temperaturas taken, hand sanitizer, individually packed snacks, attendant to serve snacks/drink, and not crowded.

This lounge is fine. I think it's quite nice given the location. The food is decent ad is the drink selection. If you have a group of more than 2 you're relegated to the main room.

A basic lounge with few choices. Like only 2 crummy canned beers. Too few seats; 1/2 were plastic lawn chairs. No service, a mgmt fail as 3 people worked desk & 100 guests. Choose the other lounge!

A couple of hot meal options, coffee, snacks. The self serve bar has local rum, and a few beer and hard liquor choices. There’s also a quiet room set aside for napping. Not fancy but clean and quiet.

Oversubscribed. Arrived today at 1pm and could not gain access. Full with a waiting list!  Unfortunately it is the only lounge at SJU. In general it is adequate but very little in terms of choices.

This is a pretty nice lounge. There is both red and white wine, Puerto Rican local beer, some hard liquors, soft drinks, coffee machine and at least for lunch and dinner time there is always hot food.

This was a very affordable & NICE alternative to killing time in the terminal. Clean RR, plenty of seating/electrical outlets, plus snacks and free flowing beverages.  Love it.

Very full; finding a seat for just myself was difficult, so good luck if you’re with a group. Bathrooms were awful. There is 1 toilet. Self serve bar but no glasses. Skip the food.

So disappointed. Dirty bathrooms, dirty chairs and tables. If you want beer and wine, it's ok. If you want any sort of food or a good cup of coffee it's lacking.

Newish, modern lounge with limited food options, though they do have a few hot options (soup as well as carnitas and rice on the day I visited at lunch time). Worth the detour.

Thurs@1830. 1 of 2 food areas had remains of small sandwich rolls & cakes. Basic but usable bar. Shades closed, odd lighting, cramped w/ zillions of chairs in every direction. Dirty. Not worth a stop.

Avianca lounge has upped their game for lunch: fresh tasting sandwiches and two hot plates (today=yellow rice and meatballs). As previously mentioned the self-serve bar is a nice touch.

Hidden away up an elevator and thru big inconspicuous doors is a nice quiet place to relax. Lots of tables and chairs. Clean restrooms. I'm pretty simple, so that's all I need. That and the free booze!

A bit small and cramped in the main area but nice sleep room and there are a couple of smaller separate rooms. Food is limited but self service bar makes up for it.

GREAT for sleeping - they have an unlit room with ~12 chaises. Breakfast was a bit anemic - just toast and bagels. Great rice and chicken lunch. OK biz center - just 3 desks. TV & kid rooms.

I actually like this lounge. I was there in the morning and there were only a few of us in there.   Decent bar with a modest spread of food.

Small and crowded with very few comfortable chairs and a weak offering of food items. Bar is okay.

Very small, can go from packed to empty very quickly, I got in under Priority Pass and paid lounge directly for guest (it was $20 to pay lounge directly if you have elite status).

Terrible blue and CFL lighting, not to mention many of the lights are burnt out. Clearly could use someone with an eye for detail. Make your own drinks and deli meats on a platter.

Small lounge with worn out swivel chairs. Food is sparse with some dried out queso, little sandwiches and some fruit. Bar is decently stocked. It's still better than sitting in the terminal.

Very crowded. Food and drink selections are limited and quality is below average. However, this is the only lounge at this airport.

Very crowded. Not a lot of selection food-wise. Decent selection of wine and beer. Staff is very attentive. Just OK.

Very chic setup. Comfy couches including beds in back. Bar selection is basic: rum, tequila, and self serve mixers. Food selection is very limited. Dry cereal, bread, small fruit bowl. 

Better than waiting at the gate. The minimal food offerings don't seem to change whether it's 4:30 am or in the evening. The restrooms are in need of repair updating. Self serve bar is OK but limited.

This is one of my favorite mid-tier lounges. I found the food/snack items to be fairly substantial and the self-serve bar good as well. There is a quiet space with comfortable lie-flat chaises.

It's way better than sitting at the gate; the bar is self serve and has good mid shelf selection. Food could be better, mostly snacks and small sandwiches. Service is attentive, friendly and excellent.

Good basic lounge. It is currently the only lounge at SJU airport.

This lounge has a good selection of self service beverages and food, and it's pretty much your only option in SJU. Staff was friendly, it had a nice variety of seating and space.

Better than sitting at the gate. Food options are not sufficient to qualify as a meal. They have very light snacks such as crackers, cheese, and bread. Coffee, juice, alcoholic beverages are available.

Nice and comfortable. Self-serve bar with adequate selections. Not much food, but very friendly, helpful staff. Not at all crowded on a day when airport was very busy.

Right at the beginning of terminal C after going through security but located upstairs and down a hall. Food is limited.

Staff were super welcoming, design is uber modern. Breakfast was fruit, mini pastries, bagels, cereals. self serve stocked bar. Leather chaises with soothing music and lights. Fun kids room.
