Los tiempos de viaje son estimados y no están garantizados. Los aeropuertos pueden exigir que vuelvas a pedir autorización al área de seguridad e inmigración para tener acceso al lounge. El área de control puede solicitar una tarjeta de embarque con salida desde la terminal. Para los lounges que se encuentren dentro del área de seguridad o inmigración, primero debes facturar tu equipaje y obtener tu tarjeta de embarque.

Average. Use the Qantas lounge instead. Front desk are usually rude on multiple occasions. Can't be bothered. Passive aggressive etc...Just not great compared to Dubai or even QF in SYD.

This is an exceptional lounge. It reeks of all things good with quality furniture, excellent food, and wine.

Necesita mejorar
Really disappointing start to a flight. Passive aggressive front staff who you're obviously inconveniencing by being there. Brown and beige decor. Average food. No flightboard. Miles from plane.

Satisfactorio
Pretty average when compared to Virgin Atlantic London Clubhouse or locally to Sydney's Virgin lounge or Qantas or Air NZ. Would have thought they could make more of an effort. Beige/brown is terrible.
