Great bartender. Several nice seating areas. Wish food was self-service instead of having to take a buzzer. Could have more vege options.

Besoin d'amélioration
Horrible experience. Person snoring so loud that you could not talk to the person next to you. Staff REFUSED to wake the person, even after my two attempts, claiming he had a right to snore.

Definitely worth the visit. Spacious, comfortable and outstanding service. Right up with the best lounges. Various locations to suit any need during your visit.

I thought I’d been to some good lounges before, but this one takes the giddy biscuit, as Bertie Wooster would say. All my favourite things - tea, noodles, juices, yoga, daybeds, Aesop toiletries!!!!!!
