Not much food on offer. The staff were very friendly but it took the bartender a moment to figure out what a prosecco is.

Though a bit dated, the service is some of the best of a domestic United Club. Health snack options are now more prevalent too.

Organised around several smaller rooms, there are plenty of quiet options away from the bar. Food okay with healthy and veggie options. Upper scale of United lounges. 

Very clean, up scale, quite BUT hard leather office furniture isn’t comfortable. There wasn’t anywhere to put your feet up and just unwind so it wasn’t my idea of a lounge.

I wish UA would get their stories/policies together.  Despite being told by flight attendant that military members with orders were allowed, front desk lady said no unless I was on a leave status.

Comfortable. Well maintained. Plenty of room. Nice drink selection.

Large lounge with many small rooms. Bar and buffet at the back with comfy chairs and high tables with stools.  Standard food options. Very attentive staff.  Cleared plates before we were finished.

First, it's not $50 - their price went up to $59. And there's no drinks before noon on Sunday...stupid redneck Texas law! Otherwise, it's a pretty standard United Club.

Great for business traveler - spacious, clean, lots of outlets, good wifi, work nooks, lovely service. Reliably good "premium" wines. Motel style breakfast but still above average for United.

Old and needs remodeling but clean and nice business center workspaces.

This is an old and slightly dirty lounge that has old flight status screens. One good thing about this lounge: wonderful reservation staff.

For IAH, this is a pretty standard lounge.

The snacks, as usual, were lackluster, however, this is definitely an above-average experience for a United Club. There are several clean and different rooms with lots of space available. The staff is also nice and attentive.
