It’s August 2020. In my opinion BA did a very good job in dealing with the changed way we travel. The new service works flawlessly and maybe the way to go in the future. Thumbs up!

Solid place to escape the term. Yes, it was busy but I found luck near the bank of seating overlooking security. F&B much better than US lounges. Lacks power ports.

My opinion might be skewed, but compared to domestic US lounges, this is night and day better. Excellent bar but mediocre food selection. Comfortable and enough seating before 10am on a Thursday.

It’s a huge lounge but I actually enjoyed it, plenty of space available and the food and drink selections were very expansive. More than worth the detour.

Huge hall with few dividers = not cozy. But plenty of seating, lots of snack and beverage options and nice views of apron and runway.

Pleasant lounge although somewhat dark. Food and drinks offering generally very good, with champagne sometimes difficult to come by due to staff hiding. North lounge best for Domestic flights.

Charm of a mess hall. Bev selection is good, food mediocre, like I am doing buffet but don't want to. Plenty ways to recharge phones, tablets, etc. No "premium food" anywhere. Who writes these ads? 😡

I think this is a good business class lounge, with lots of space, decent food and drinks, friendly staff and nice views. Better than expected.

The lounge is often crowded, and staff is often struggling to keep the place clean and tidy (you'll find plates and glasses everywhere). Selection of food is OK. 

I've been lucky enough to visit this lounge for breakfast & lunch. Can get crowded, great showers, juice & coffee, snacks, & wifi. Good, free printers. Some of the furniture needs replacement.

Plenty of small touches (high chairs, computers w/ internet) make this lounge nice. Great drink selection. Lovely showers. Would not let me use the spa due to my AA rewards # on my BA boarding pass.

Food is ok (used to be better though) but the tables were quite dirty and the toilet area could use a major renovation. Still, one of the better European lounges.

Great helpful staff. Decent food and drink choices, good business center and lots of seating. Too bad it's frequently packed and as a result feels cramped.

Good food and drink selection but ALWAYS busy. You will find a seat and it is a good lounge but never that relaxing because it's so hectic.

Very large, busy and loud. No showers, one would have to go to the First Class Lounge one level lower but there was a long line. No international sockets and only very few British ones.

Nice, roomy lounge with actual food.  We grabbed breakfast here before an early morning flight and it was better than expected.  Appreciated the multiple seating areas and variety of food and drink.

Comfortable and friendly service. Gets a bit crazy when busy, but otherwise very pleasant indeed.

Very busy, though not crazy like the North lounge. Quite large. Good hot food options and lots of coffee/drink stations throughout. Hard to find power ports.

Nice lounge. Can be busy, not too loud. Hot food available but always the same. Decent selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Bubbles upon request. Good selection of wines and liquor.

Large lounge with plenty of seating areas. You need to ask for the champagne as this isn't out for self-service.

As others wrote, food offered isn't really great. Always the same hot food, soup , sandwich and salad. A little diversity would be appreciated by frequent flyers. Otherwise, wine and champagne are OK!

Good lounge and better than the north. Cinema area available and although busy in the lounge you can often find a nice quiet corner. Watch out for meal blackout period...Serve breakfast till late!

Overly busy and full of people drinking and eating all they can. Better going to a restaurant if you want to relax with a coffee. Only good thing about the lounge is the showers. 

Good choice of food and drink but is often very busy. A long walk from security: down stairs, through whole terminal, up two floors, across the landing and up again...

Excellent range of hot food and drink. My only gripe is that you have to request your complimentary champagne by the glass. You can drink as much as you like so why not just put it out on the side?

A huge lounge where it's normally easy to find a quiet corner. Food is decent, not great, but there's a wide drinks selection and champagne of request. Excellent Tarmac and indoor views.

Though the food quality has deteriorated, the food is still not bad. Be sure to check the flight board for the WiFi password!

While this place keeps busy, the ample seating still keeps it quiet. Be sure to take a relaxing shower, enjoy a massage/facial, grab some food, and/or relax with a glass of wine.
