Booked 3 hr prime time thru website. Small buffet food selection. Hot food ordered at bar came out cold but OK. Spacious seats, quiet areas, very clean. Room to spread out. Plenty of work stations.

Greater by Shelley, had a massage & if you're at Heathrow stop in and see Shelley, he’s prob a manager.

Besoin d'amélioration
Extremely inattentive staff at check in. Also note that if you are a Priority Pass member through credit card, you are unlikely to be allowed in.
