First Class Lounge (No.69)

Food is not the greatest. Just OK. Liquor is subpar. Sparkling wine was flat. Two section (1st & Business) but you can use both. Spacious and quiet.  Gate 77 lounge is better. No more 73 lounge.

The food is okay. The beverages in the refrigerator are room temperature. There is no separate first class section.

Very comfortable and spacious lounges. Food/desserts are good, wines/whisky are free. It includes a shower facilities (toilet, shower and everything. All amenities are provides towels, toothbrush, etc)

This lounge is quiet and comfortable enough, but the food is terrible! Stick with packaged snacks and beer.

A fairly traditional Chinese lounge, okay but not to impress. The wines are imported rather than domestic.

Showers are great. Food pretty awful. Massage chairs are gone. Staff do not speak adequate English to serve English speakers. Visa not accepted so make sure you have some RMB.

Buffet is decent but lack of wifi functionality and impolite front desk service this lounge need improvements.

Nice lounge, quiet and spacious. F&B so so. Over all it's alright. Priority Pass can only access lounge No. 69. Other lounge inaccessible or non existent. If unsure, ask the information counter.

Really poor lounge, bad food selection, uncomfortable searing and exposed to the noise of the terminal. Just like every other lounge at PVG.....

Very basic lounge with dirty washrooms, low quality snacks and drinks.

I came here so tired after direct flight from Newark. The airport itself is pretty dirty and smoky. I tried some of the Chinese food in the hot buffet and it was okay. Chairs were super comfy.

One positive was the high tech toilet. Otherwise this lounge is the worst I've visited. No good snacks. Very crowded. Noisy. Long wait to get in. Empty tables dirty. Hot. Par for the course in China.

Noisy, uninspired lounge, with limited food and drinks selection, and slow WIFI that is complicated to access.

Great airport run lounge! Has buffet and open bar. Even has massage chairs so you can relax before the flight.

When I used it, it was a bit crowded. Food was not very good but acceptable. Drinks were ok. 

Good lounge, bathroom is kind of small (2 urinals and 2 toilets in men's). Food included sandwiches, fried rice, noodles, desserts and a great beverage selection including Heineken and local beers.
